    LNG pressure regulating and metering pry is an integrated pry equipment mainly used in LNG gasification stations or other natural gas supply systems to regulate and measure the pressure of gasified natural gas, providing stable and accurate gas supply for downstream users. It usually consists of main components such as valves, filters, regulators, flow meters, shut-off valves, safety relief valves, etc. These components are integrated and installed on a pry body, assembled and debugged in the factory, and transported to the site for installation as a whole. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small footprint, easy installation, and good system coordination.

    Working principle

    ● Pressure regulation principle: The pressure regulator is one of the key components of the pressure regulation and metering lever. Its working principle is to adjust the opening of the valve, change the cross-sectional area of the fluid channel, thereby changing the resistance of the fluid and achieving the regulation of natural gas pressure. When the inlet pressure changes, the regulator will automatically sense and adjust the valve opening to maintain the outlet pressure within the set range to meet the gas pressure requirements of downstream users. For example, when the inlet pressure increases, the valve of the regulator will automatically close, increasing fluid resistance and reducing outlet pressure; On the contrary, when the inlet pressure decreases, the valve will automatically open wider, reducing fluid resistance and increasing outlet pressure.

    ● Measurement principle: Flow meters are used to measure the flow rate of natural gas. Common flow meters include gas turbine flow meters, ultrasonic flow meters, etc. Taking a gas turbine flowmeter as an example, when natural gas flows through the turbine of the flowmeter, it will drive the turbine to rotate, and the rotational speed of the turbine is proportional to the flow rate of natural gas. By measuring the rotational speed of the turbine, the flow rate of natural gas can be calculated. At the same time, the flowmeter will also be equipped with temperature and pressure transmitters to measure the temperature and pressure of natural gas in real time, in order to correct and compensate for the temperature, pressure, and compression coefficient of the flow rate, thereby obtaining accurate standard flow rate.

    Design

    ● Structural design: Adopting a lever mounted structure, various components are reasonably arranged on the lever block to ensure space for operation, maintenance, and overhaul. The pry block is usually made of steel structure, which has sufficient strength and stability to adapt to different installation environments. At the same time, considering the requirements for transportation and lifting, the size and weight of the pry block will be subject to certain limitations, and generally optimized design will be carried out based on actual transportation conditions.

    ● Material selection and design: For components such as pipelines, valves, filters, etc. that come into contact with natural gas, corrosion-resistant and high-pressure resistant materials such as stainless steel and carbon steel are selected to ensure the service life and safety of the equipment. For some key components, such as the valve core and sealing ring of the regulator, high-performance sealing materials and wear-resistant materials will be selected to ensure the sealing performance and adjustment accuracy of the regulator. The material of the flowmeter will also be selected according to the requirements of the measuring medium and working environment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement.

    ● Control system design: Equipped with a complete control system, including pressure sensors, temperature sensors, flow sensors, etc., to monitor the operating parameters of the pressure regulating and metering lever in real time. Through the control system, automatic control of devices such as regulators, shut-off valves, and safety relief valves can be achieved. For example, when the outlet pressure exceeds the set value, the safety relief valve will automatically open and discharge excess natural gas to a safe location; When the flow rate exceeds the set value, the shut-off valve will automatically close to protect the safety of downstream equipment. In addition, the control system can also achieve remote monitoring and data transmission functions, making it convenient for operators to monitor and manage the pressure regulating and metering pry in real-time in the control room.

    Parameter

    ● Work pressure: generally 0.6-1.6MPa, can be adjusted according to different application scenarios and user needs.

    ● Gas supply capacity: usually between 50-5000Nm ³/h, depending on the specifications and configuration of the equipment being installed.

    ● Measurement accuracy: It is generally required to reach level 1.0 or higher to ensure the accuracy of natural gas flow measurement.

    ● Import temperature: usually at room temperature, which is the temperature of natural gas after gasification.

    ● Export temperature: Generally similar to the inlet temperature, with minimal temperature changes under normal operating conditions.

    ● Applicable medium: mainly natural gas after LNG gasification, but can also be applied to other similar gas media.

    ● Pipeline specifications: The diameter and wall thickness of the pipeline may vary depending on the gas supply capacity and working pressure requirements. Common pipeline specifications include DN50-DN200, etc.
