Introduce
CNG pressure regulating pry is a key pressure control device in urban gas transmission and distribution systems, used to stabilize high-pressure compressed natural gas with an inlet pressure of 20-25MPa to a medium pressure state of 0.1-0.4MPa through multi-stage pressure reduction treatment, in order to meet the safe gas needs of industrial and commercial users and residential areas. It integrates all functional components except for the LNG storage tank onto the pry base, with a small footprint, short production cycle, and quick on-site installation of the entire system.
Working principle
Air intake pretreatment: High pressure natural gas enters through the inlet ball valve and intercepts particles with a diameter greater than 10 μ m through a precision filter element. The filter design ensures continuous operation, with an alarm value set at 0.15MPa.
Multi stage pressure reduction control: usually adopts a two-stage or three-stage series pressure regulation structure. Reduce the first level 20MPa to 0.5-0.8MPa. Reduce the secondary pressure from 0.5-0.8 to 0.2-0.4 MPa. According to the customer's requirements for export pressure, three-stage pressure reduction and flow meter equipment can be added. Detect the usage of traffic.
Dynamic pressure compensation: Integrating pressure balance pilot valve and controller feedback loop, dynamically correcting the flow pressure curve through Bernoulli equation. When a sudden change in downstream gas consumption is detected, the servo mechanism completes pressure compensation within 2 seconds to maintain stable outlet pressure.
Heating treatment: As the high-pressure natural gas depressurization process is an endothermic process, in order to prevent frosting or ice blockage in pipelines, which may affect the safety of depressurization equipment and the depressurization process, natural gas needs to be heated. Generally, one or two-stage heat exchangers are used, and boiler hot water heat exchange, electric heating heat exchange, and other methods can be selected according to the site conditions.
Design
Structural design: The overall structure is a modular structure, compact and reasonable in design, integrating the unloading system, pressure regulating and heat exchange system, flow metering system, control system, heating system, etc. into one. The layout between various systems is reasonable, making it easy to operate, maintain, and manage. All pressure regulating pipelines generally have two channels, one in operation, one backup, and one bypass, to ensure uninterrupted gas supply to downstream.
Safety design: equipped with multiple safety protection devices, such as mechanical safety relief valves, with a starting pressure of 1.1 times the set value; Electromagnetic cut-off valve, response time<1 second; At the same time, equipped with PLC controller and pressure transmitter, with functions such as gas load prediction and fault self diagnosis system, it can identify multiple types of abnormal working conditions, achieve real-time monitoring and safety interlock control of the entire system.
Low temperature compensation design: In conjunction with an electric heat tracing system, the power density is 15W/m, ensuring that the effective stroke accuracy error of the diaphragm is less than 0.1mm in an environment of -30 ℃, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment in low temperature environments.
