Introduce
● CNG unloading arm: It is a device specifically designed for unloading compressed natural gas (CNG) from tank trucks. It is usually installed on the unloading platform and is used to connect the CNG tank truck with the gas pipeline inside the station, achieving safe and efficient transportation of compressed natural gas from the tank truck to the pressure regulation, metering, and other systems inside the station.
Working principle
● CNG unloading arm: By connecting one end of the unloading arm to the unloading port of the CNG tanker and the other end to the gas pipeline inside the station, the pressure difference between the tanker and the pipeline inside the station is utilized to allow CNG to flow from the tanker to the pipeline inside the station under pressure. During the unloading process, the rotating support is used to achieve multi angle rotation of the rotating tube, making it easier to dock with tank trucks at different positions. At the same time, ensure the sealing of the connection to prevent natural gas leakage.
Design
● CNG unloading arm: The structural design usually includes rotary joints, telescopic arms, support structures, connecting flanges, and safety protection devices. The rotary joint is made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring good sealing and wear resistance under high pressure and frequent rotation. The telescopic arm can be adjusted in length according to actual needs to adapt to the loading and unloading positions of different tank trucks. The supporting structure should have sufficient strength and stability to withstand the weight and external forces of the unloading arm during operation. The connecting flange is used to connect with tank trucks and station pipelines, ensuring the tightness of the connection. Safety protection devices such as disconnect valves can automatically disconnect in case of emergency to prevent natural gas leakage caused by pipeline breakage.

● CNG unloading arm: Common parameters include working pressure, which can generally adapt to the pressure of CNG tank trucks, usually 20-25MPa; The nominal diameter depends on the actual flow demand, and common ones include DN25, DN50, etc; Rotation angle, generally capable of achieving a horizontal 360 degree rotation and a certain degree of vertical swing to facilitate docking with tank trucks; In terms of material, pipelines and rotary joints are usually made of stainless steel or corrosion-resistant alloy steel to resist the corrosion of impurities and moisture that may be present in CNG.
