A water bath reheater is a device used for heating and reheating low-temperature gases or liquids. It is usually used after an air heated vaporizer and before a depressurization lever. It can also directly vaporize low-temperature liquids, eliminating the need for an air heated vaporizer. Using electric heaters, steam, or circulating hot water as heat sources, the low-temperature medium inside the compact heat exchange tube exchanges heat with the hot water to raise the temperature of the low-temperature gas or liquid, in order to meet the needs of downstream equipment and users. It has a wide range of applicable media, including liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquefied natural gas, liquid carbon dioxide, liquefied petroleum gas, hydrogen, ammonia, etc.
The water bath reheater uses hot water to exchange heat with low-temperature liquids or gases, thereby vaporizing and heating the low-temperature liquids or gases. When low-temperature gas or liquid passes through the heat exchange tube from the inlet, the water heated by the heat source outside the tube transfers heat to the low-temperature medium inside the tube, causing its temperature to rise and convert into a normal temperature gas state or flow out from the outlet after reaching the required temperature. To ensure precise temperature control, the equipment usually adopts an automatic water temperature control system. Taking the electric heating water bath reheater as an example, the temperature control box is equipped with a constant temperature controller and an over temperature controller. The constant temperature controller controls the water bath temperature at a set value, such as around 60 ℃. When the water bath temperature exceeds a certain value, such as 80 ℃, the over temperature controller will cut off the power supply of the electric heater and alarm.
