The LPG Manifold System typically includes the following core components:
Manifold Header: A central distribution pipe connecting multiple cylinders or tanks, usually made of high-strength stainless steel or galvanized steel for corrosion and high-pressure resistance.
Auto Changeover Device: Automatically switches to a backup cylinder group when the primary supply is depleted, ensuring uninterrupted gas flow.
Pressure Regulator: Stabilizes output pressure to prevent fluctuations that could affect end-use equipment.
Safety Relief Valve: Releases excess pressure automatically to prevent system damage.
Isolation Valves: Manual or automatic valves for isolating gas sources during maintenance or emergencies.
Pressure Gauge: Monitors inlet and outlet pressure in real time.
Leak Detector (Optional): Detects gas leaks and triggers alarms or automatic shutdown.
