Working Principle
The ambient air vaporizer is equipment used in the vaporization process of cryogenic liquefied gases, primarily constructed with anti-rust aluminum alloy finned tubes. Its working principle relies on natural convection of air to heat the low-temperature liquid inside the tubes, requiring no additional energy input, making it energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and low in maintenance costs. Ambient vaporizers are typically used outdoors and are suitable for an ambient temperature range of -20 to +50°C. When the ambient temperature falls below -20°C, the heat exchange efficiency of the vaporizer may decrease, potentially leading to incomplete vaporization or unstable operation.
